Union Baptist Church

Pastor Willie J. Tiller, Jr. hails from Sumter, South Carolina; He is the Son of the Late Willie James Tiller, Sr. and Shirley Ann Burgess Tiller. He is married to the former Sheila Evonne Banks they have nine outstanding and accomplished children; Pastor Tiller’s personal encounter with the Person of Christ took place almost three decades ago at the Pine Hill Church in Sumter.  He has served as the Pastor of the Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church in Wynnewood, Ok, the Community Missionary Baptist Church in Norman, Oklahoma and The First Baptist Church of Ardmore, OK. The Tabernacle Baptist Church of Oklahoma City, Ok. And the Founding Pastor of the New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, South Korea. His formal education led him thought the Public school system in Sumter, Allen University, University of Maryland, American Baptist College and Theological Seminary and the Immanuel Bible College and Seminary. He is a retired Soldier with over 21 years in the United States Army.
